Final payment is due no later than thirty days prior to the wedding.

The studio will contact the bride regarding the final details of her wedding on Monday preceding wedding.

Wedding preview photos will be ready for viewing on the internet within 96 hours of wedding.

Your wedding album and reprint orders are to be returned to the studio within 45 days of wedding or there will be a 15% additional charge on the original bridal package and all reprints turned in after this date.

If orders are returned in the specified timethey will be ready in approximately 8 weeks for pick up at our studio.

Any orders NOT returned in the specified time will not have a guarantee as to a deliverey schedule and will be handled on a "when our workload permits" basis not to exceed 6 months in production.

It is understood that the studio is the exclusive photographer, and others taking photographs shall not interfere with the photographer.

No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the wedding, the deposits paid are not refundable.

The studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs.

However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, the studio's sole liability is to refund the fees paid.
